The preliminary results for the first half of 2023 have exceeded expectations with higher revenue growth and earnings. As a result, cBrain's full-year revenue growth guidance for 2023 is now revised and increased.

With strong first half year results, cBrain has embarked well on the 2023-2025 growth plan. During third quarter we see solid development in Denmark as well as internationally. Focusing on F2 Climate Software, developing the F2-for-Partners concept, as well as now offering AI for government as a fully integrated part of the F2 standard software.

Nasdaq has informed cBrain that as of 1. December 2023, cBrain will be included as a new company in the OMX Copenhagen Benchmark index.

cBrain is pleased to recognize a significant jump in subscription revenue during the fourth quarter of 2023 due to increased usage of the F2 digital platform across the user base.

The cBrain 2023-2025 growth plan is based on organic growth and strong positive cash flow. In order to execute the plan, cBrain has reallocated internal resources to help build a climate software market position and a partner ecosystem.

Based on solid development in Denmark and a solid growing international pipeline of customer projects, cBrain foresees significant growth in 2025.

Based on a good first half of the year and continued positive development, cBrain stated in connection with the quarterly announcement for Q3 that the company, as part of the company's long-term growth plan, has now advanced and begun the implementation of a number of new strategic measures.
