cBrain ( NASDAQ: CBRAIN ) has proudly received the ESG Transparency Award 2024 during European Sustainability Week, held at the ESG Summit in Bonn. This recognition celebrates cBrain's leadership and innovation in environmental, social and governance (ESG) practices and its commitment to transparency and sustainable development.

cBrain have been awarded “Danish Company of the Year 2023” by the German-Danish Chamber of Commerce. This recognition reflects our significant contribution to Denmark’s digital transformation journey, particularly within the public administration.

It also acknowledges our successful expansion efforts in Germany, where we have been actively involved in driving digital innovation.

cBrain have received the “Succesvirksomhed 2023” (Company of Succes 2023) award by BDO and Spar Nord. This recognition celebrates our continuous growth and solid financial results over a longer period.

The award recognizes businesses that consistently drive growth and strong economic performance. It honors companies in each region for their outstanding achievements, highlighting the exceptional effort required to achieve success.

In 2007, we began working with the Ministry of Ecclesiastical Affairs. By 2009, the Ministry of Transport joined, followed by the Ministry of Climate in 2010. This brought the total to four ministries operating on the same platform, which continued to evolve over time.

This milestone earned a digitalization award in 2011, as it marked the first time in world history that multiple ministries were running on and identical software platform.
