A self-service portal was introduced, ensuring that only eligible applications were submitted and automatically registered into the system. The platform facilitated automated case assessments, prompting applicants for additional information when necessary, leading to timely approvals or rejections. Approved projects were then prioritized based on predefined criteria before final review and allocation.

Successful applicants received notifications and a self-service link to confirm project commencement. To maintain momentum, automated reminders were sent if confirmations were not submitted within five months. Once a project was approved, the payment process was automatically initiated, ensuring prompt disbursement of funds. In cases where a project was canceled, the system automatically adjusted financial reservations in the government's ERP system (Navision), ensuring accuracy and efficiency in grant management.
