The course is designed for administrators and users who require management reporting, as setting up and extracting reports with F2 Analytics requires specific permissions in F2. Participants are expected to have advanced knowledge of F2 at the level of an F2 Administrator. Experience with F2 Analytics is an advantage but not a requirement.
During the course, you will learn how F2 Analytics is structured, which standard reports and configurations it includes, and what customization options are available to your organization. You will practice configuring and extracting reports and gain insight into the tool’s capabilities and limitations. Participants are expected to actively contribute to their own learning.
