cBain are pleased to announce that earnings are higher than the previously announced expectation. This is because revenue growth is at the upper end of the announced interval, while some budgeted costs at the end of the financial year are lower than expected.

Nasdaq has informed cBrain that as of 1. December 2023, cBrain will be included as a new company in the OMX Copenhagen Benchmark index.

The Danish Ministry of Finance has run a public tender and signed an 8-year agreement with cBrain. cBrain has to deliver F2 as the digital platform for the finance ministry group. This includes the Ministry and the 4 group agencies.

With 12 points out of a possible 14, cBrain came top of the list in this year's Tax Governance Rating for mid cap companies as compiled by “Økonomisk Ugebrev”.
